Lessons
Pete Hendrickson, Red Wing native, has been providing golf lessons to community eds in Red Wing and Hastings, YMCA in Red Wing, local golf courses and driving ranges for over 42 years. A competitive golfer in his youth, he played in a national junior tourney and a NCAA college championship along with success in the Chippewa Valley pro am circuit in his early 20's.
His growing family and job commitment as Sales Manager for SB Foot Tanning (leather division of Red Wing Shoe), shortened his tourney activity but his passion for the game has driven his desire to introduce, instruct and mentor youth and adults of all ages on the benefits of the greatest game on the planet.
He currently is starting his 19th year at Gopher Hills as a Saturday golf instructor. His Golf Simpler method is fast and easy way to learn the swing fundamentals. 9am to 12 noon. Lessons are free.
